Terms of use

1. The site and the catalogue

The site holds a catalogue of auto parts for Hyundai, Kia and Genesis with prices and stock at the shop's warehouses. Descriptions, photos and compatibility details are for reference: choose a part by its OEM number or VIN and, if in doubt, check with the seller before paying.

2. Prices and stock

• Prices are in tenge and may change; the current price is on the part's page and in the seller's confirmation.
• Stock is shown per shop warehouse and is updated from the shop's accounting system.
• “On order” means the part will be brought in to order; the lead time is given in working days and is approximate.

3. Requests

A request on the site is an enquiry, not a concluded contract. The seller checks stock and price and contacts you by phone, WhatsApp or in the request chat, after which you pay for the request. If a mistake in the price or stock comes to light, the seller will offer the current terms, and you may decline. If the seller turns down a request paid from the balance, the money goes back to the balance.

4. Payment and balance

• You can pay for a request using the details the seller gives you or that are shown in the request.
• The balance in your account is topped up and charged by the shop. If the balance covers the total, you can pay for a request from it right in the cart.
• A negative balance means a debt to the shop.

5. Pick-up, returns and exchanges

Parts can be collected at the shop — Astana, Kobda lane 2/1, AUTOMART mall, 2nd floor, unit A15 — or delivered by arrangement with the seller. Returns and exchanges follow the consumer protection laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan: contact the shop and keep your proof of payment.

6. Your account

• Give accurate details — the seller uses them to contact you and to issue documents.
• Do not share your password: actions taken under your account are considered yours.
• The shop may restrict access to an account used in breach of these terms or the law.

7. Site content

The texts, photos, logo and design of the site belong to ksmotors or are used with the rights holders' permission. They may not be copied or distributed without the shop's written permission; linking to the site's pages is allowed. The names Hyundai, Kia and Genesis and OEM numbers are given to indicate compatibility; these trademarks belong to their owners.

8. Liability

The shop works to keep the information on the site accurate and corrects errors once found. The shop is not liable for interruptions in the site's operation caused by circumstances beyond its control or for the content of third-party services the site links to.

9. Changes and governing law

The shop may change these terms; the current version is always on this page, with the date of the last update at the top. The relationship between the parties is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing that, in court in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
