1. Who processes the data

2. What data we receive

• When you register — email, password, name, phone and customer type; for a company — company name, BIN, company phone, line of business and VAT status; a delivery address if you give one; the interface language.
• In a request — name, phone, email, address, comment, the selected parts and the total; payment receipts you upload.
• In a request chat — your messages and files.
• In your account — the balance and its history, your last five searches, the registration date and the time you last used the site while signed in.
• Technical data — the IP address and browser details the server receives with every request and may keep in its logs.

3. Why we need it

• registration and sign-in: a confirmation code is sent to your email, and a forgotten password is reset the same way;
• handling requests: checking stock and prices, contacting you by phone, WhatsApp or in the request chat, taking payment and handing over the parts;
• the balance: keeping track of prepayments and debts, paying for requests from the balance;
• search: suggestions from your recent searches and finding parts for your query;
• keeping the site running and secure.

We do not send advertising based on this data.

4. What is stored in your browser

In your browser the site keeps your language (a cookie and local storage), your colour theme, your cart, your sign-in data, contact details for the request form, your recent searches and a note that you have accepted the cookie notice. Without them the site would not remember your cart or sign-in. There are no third-party advertising or analytics cookies on the site. You can clear this data in your browser settings.

5. Who receives the data

We do not sell data or share it for advertising. Some data goes to services the site cannot work without:

• an email service — your email address and the message, to deliver a confirmation code or a notification;
• Anthropic, an artificial intelligence service — only the text of a search query, to understand which part you are looking for; your name, phone and other account data are not sent with it;
• WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, Kaspi and other services — when you follow a link to them from the site yourself; their own rules apply from then on;
• government authorities — only where required by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. How long data is kept

Account data — for as long as the account exists. Requests, payments and the related correspondence — as long as needed to fulfil them and as long as the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan require. Everything else is deleted once it is no longer needed.

7. Your rights

You can find out what data the shop holds about you, ask for it to be corrected or for your account to be deleted, and withdraw your consent to processing. To do so, contact us by phone or WhatsApp: +7 702 184 5471. Data the law requires us to keep (for example, about completed payments) is deleted when the required period ends.

8. How we protect data

• the site works over a secure connection (HTTPS);
• passwords are stored only as a hash — nobody can read them, shop staff included;
• files in a request chat open only for its participants: you and the shop staff handling the request;
• only staff who need customer data for their work have access to it.

9. Changes to this policy

The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last update at the top. By continuing to use the site after a change, you accept the new version.
